1) what are you and your partner's sex rules when you are staying at a friend's or relatives' house? verboten? only if the kids (if applicable) are in another room? ok, if you promise to be quiet? oh, baby, that pumpkin pie really gets me going!?
As long as I am quiet I don't see the problem. If I had kids it would be the same thing. Just try to be quiet.

same thing pretty much. Out of respect I will try to be quiet but it is my house so I am going to do what I want.
3) ever get caught (or catch someone else) doing the holiday nookie?
I was caught. Friend walked in. But I have not caught anyone.
