My Memorial Weekend

Well this weekend for me was nothing spectacular. I had to work. I did get to hang out with some friends though.

Let me go ahead and start with Thursday. We went to go see Pirates of the Caribbean 3! It was so good. I definitely recommend seeing it if you are a POTC Fan. Even if you aren't just go see it. I would love to go on about the movie but I will not ruin anything for anyone. A big group of us went. Myself, Josh*, Eric*, Jess*, Kiki*, Candice* & Megs*. I was really sad that Diego* could not go though. And I must say the little green monster came out. (First off I have to say I am a jealous person by nature-let me add like 2 "very" to that) Jess sat by Eric and I sat on the other side of Jess. Well during the movie they kept having little conversations between themselves and it was getting really annoying because when I asked Jess what they were talking about she said don't worry about it. Which really just aggravated me more. Well I guess now after reading what I just wrote I don't know if it was jealousy or just aggravation because Jess was making it seem like some big secret. Even now I don't know. Well we hung out a little afterwards & it was fun. Nothing big happened with Eric & I sad to say, :-(.

Friday nothing happened. Went to work & then went home, :-)!

Saturday was really a lot of fun. After we all got off of work we went to my apt and just basically chilled. It started out just Josh, Eric, Jess & I. Later on Diego, Megs & Kiki came over. Sad to say with them they brought drama. Well not all of them. Megs is going through something with one of her other friends & she was sad & depressed and sort of bringing everyone else down.

I hate that. I don't know if that makes me sound like a bitch or some unfeeling jerk. But it just gets on my nerves when people are depressed & sad go to a place where they know people will be hanging out and having fun and get everyone down. I mean I understand when you are feeling like that depending on the person they need to talk it out and stuff because I am like that. But I will not go to a party or to go hang out like that because I know I will bring everyone down and somehow cause some sort of drama. Why would you want to do that?

Well suffice to say Diego, Kiki & Megs left a little while later & Josh, Eric, Jess & I went to Denny's and then went back home to watch Pan's Labyrinth. We all fell asleep halfway through & woke up in the morning to watch the rest of it. That movie was really freaky but very good. Guillermo Del Torro is AWESOME!!!

Sunday well after watching the movie. Went to work & then spent the night at my mom's house and watched movies with my sisters. We watched The Last Kiss & How to Eat Fried Worms. The Last Kiss was OK. I am still unsure how I feel about it. How to Eat Fried Worms was so cute & funny. I recommend it for anyone who has a son, brother, nephew or grandson between the ages of 7-12. They will love it.

That was my weekend. I enjoyed it. Had some laughs & made some memories. Always Great things!

The very best thing was I spent almost everyday with Eric. I know I am hopeless oh well.

Oh yea it rained all weekend here so that is why there were no fun barbecues, :-(! We always have next weekend and I am off, YESS!!!!

*Kiki-a girl I also met through Megs. She is really cool and we get along real well
*Candice-a friend of Kiki's don't really care for her she is a brat-complaines all the time
*Megs-she is the sometimes girlfriend of Diego. we are really close and get along famously
*Diego-a guy i have known since high school-like a brother
